Aura supplies and prepares each device before it reaches Riviera. Laptops are pre-provisioned to the required specification and enrolled into Riviera’s Microsoft Intune environment, meaning the employee can receive their device, sign in and begin working without the Service Desk having to complete the usual preparation first.
By bringing procurement, configuration and deployment together, Aura has helped make device rollout more consistent for users while removing a significant amount of repetitive work from Riviera’s internal IT team.
The relationship has developed into an ongoing white-glove deployment service, with Aura managing the journey from sourcing the hardware through to delivering a device that is ready for its user.
